Subbuteo Asylum operates under the online and distance selling regulations, which gives you the right to return purchases for any reason within 14 days from date of receipt.
If you wish to return your item please contact us immediately using our email address email@example.com and we will issue you with instructions on how to proceed.
Postage costs cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or defective (not including damage caused in transit which must be claimed through Royal Mail)
You are strongly advised to return items to us using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service and to keep your tracking number as proof of postage in case of loss or damage caused in the transit.
The item must be returned in the same packaging and must be in the same condition that it was received in thus allowing us to resell the item otherwise we cannot give a refund.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund to your paypal account with 5 working days.
Subbuteo Asylum cannot accept responsibility for any item that is lost or damaged in the postal system, but we will assist with any claims made to Royal Mail and will keep receipts of proof of postage which will be made available to you to assist claims.
If you receive a parcel with any obvious signs of damage please make the postman aware and take photographs immediately and before opening as this will help with any claims.
Subbuteo Asylum send all parcels using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service and will make all postal receipts available to you on request and will assist with any claims made to Royal Mail
We cannot accept order cancellations for made to order items such as custom pitches once our suppliers have started to manufacture your product unless they are faulty or defective.
